Assisted Living
Our assisted living apartments offer a homelike atmosphere with licensed and certified personnel providing assistance when needed and 24-hour peace of mind.
Memory Care
Specialized care plans assist our staff in meeting the unique needs of residents needing Memory Care, whether it is daily living or activities that are important to them.
Skilled Nursing
Our skilled nursing services offers Medicare certified physical, occupational and speech therapy for those who qualify. Medicaid is also accepted for long-term care.

It is the Mission of St. Luke’s Nursing Center and St. Luke’s Care Center to operate a not for profit corporation providing a safe, comfortable environment to those who require convalescent or custodial care.
The management will continue to evaluate the operation and services to strive for constant improvement in meeting the needs of the residents, their families and the community.
